SwIsS gUiDeS '06 cAmP
i had a great time in our swiss guides camp!
we [sec 4s] went back as the camp ICs...
although we seemed to laze around, but i really enjoyed the moments
i am very happy that i went back ;)
i cant express it, it can only be felt...
here are some treasurable events during the camp......

hike
... it's a long long journey...
yup! it is!!!
mrs chua said it should be around 8 to 10 km...
we hike from the bottom of bukit timah hill to the summit then down,
walk to chu lin road, up the xiao guilin mountain and down,
then walk back to school.
we took almost 5 hours!!!
plus, we hike the advance route for the bukit timah hill...
the sec 3s did a great job in leading the company...
they ensured everyone's safety and encouraged one another to never give up...
they stood on the steep rock to guide each and everyone of us down...
they are brave! *clap clap clap*
on the way to chu lin road, there is this monkey attack!!!
kasturi was eating her tuna bread while walking on the road...
and all of a sudden, a monkey just jumped and snatched her bread!
(guess it's something like that)
the bread fell to the ground and a group of monkeys was snatching it...
they tore it into many pieces...
our guides were screaming away...
as there were more and more monkeys coming...
we ran past them and continued with our journey...
upon reaching chu lin road, along stretches of terrace houses,
there were many dogs!!!
fortunately, there was no dog attack... hahax
ya, it was quite an interesting hike...
bee
as the camp was about to end, there was a bee attack!!!
erm, there's only a bee... [phew...]
there's a bee hovering around the squard...
when we were exchanging christmas presents...
yan just hit it onto her leg!!!
(hahax... guess she thought it was a mosquito)
then she was holding on to her leg and said
'ouch, the bee stung me'
then someone said that the bee was forced to sting her...
sjab came to help pluck out the bee...
hope that she is okay...

although some did complain, but they still complete their tasks...
during the reflection time, some did suggest some ideas which are quite good...
some are brave to voice out their thoughts in front of everyone...
some are tough and have the potential to be great leaders...

although some seemed to be not so enthusiastic...
but if you all put in your hearts, you all can do it!
be united and take care of one another!
