yest was the day when all the idiots came to buy things.
u'll get to see how bad ppl's personalities are.
how crazy they are. and 1 is on medi for his siao-ness.
tt's forgiveable. but still irritated by him though.
u'll see how stressful the customer can be when buying a bulb.
cause he dont know wat bulb he's suppose to buy.
and many men spend a loooong loooong time choosing a tap.
seriously looong. looonger than women buying clothes.

and for goodness sake.
in business, the is no such thing as 'tui qian'.
goods sold are non-refundable.
it does matter wat kind of store u bought from.
(try walking into popular to refund a pen)
no matter how cheap or ex the goods are.
the most u can get is to just exchange for other goods.

so, make up yr mind before purchasing anything.
if u are not sure, dont buy it.
once u bought it, dont regret.
tt's the rule.

a receipt is just to acknowledge the receiving/selling of goods.
it does not mean u can refund the goods for cash.
if u think it's possible, u're stup**.

for goodness sake,
if u want to exchange/ ask for refund or watsoever,
mind yr manners.
it's plain courtesy.
and whose fault is it tt u bought something which cant fit yr thing?
who's the idiot tt bought wrongly?

and nv come up with words which we didnt say. be honesty.
business ppl wont say "if cannot, we can tui qian"
tt's the rule.
but if they really say so, dont trust them.
thet're the black sheep.

rules are meant to be followed.
but not always. have to base on the situations.
if we do bend them, dont be happy to get yr $ back.
it'll just prove how unreasonable the customers are.
